Terms of Service
Last Updated: 04/10/2026
These terms apply when you buy a project or subscription from The Creator Stack. By paying, you agree to them. Please read them first, and message me if anything is unclear.
1. Who I am
The Creator Stack is run by Steph, trading through Level Up X Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 1627588. You can contact me at steph@thecreatorstack.co.uk.
2. What I offer
Projects. One-off, done-for-you set-ups, each delivered within a week:
The Web Stack: a creator website built from a template and customised to your brand.
The DM Stack: a Manychat comment-to-DM funnel set-up.
The AI Stack: a custom AI system with a brand guidelines set-up, 5 custom AI skills and 1 automated workflow.
Build Your Stack: a custom project, quoted individually.
What's included in each package is listed on the website at the time you buy.
Stack Support. A monthly subscription for ongoing changes to a set-up I've built for you (see section 9).
3. Payment
Projects are a one-off fee, paid in full at checkout before work starts.
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), as shown at checkout.
Build Your Stack projects are paid in full once you accept the quote.
4. How a project runs
You pay through the checkout.
You send your project details using the questionnaire I send after checkout, along with everything listed in section 5.
I build and test it. The week starts once I have your completed questionnaire and everything I need.
You launch. I hand over your set-up with a personalised step-by-step guide.
If I'm waiting on content, access or feedback from you, the timeline pauses until I have it.
5. What I need from you
Your content: words, images, logo and any brand guidelines you already have. The Web Stack includes guidance on your copy, but I don't write it from scratch unless we've agreed that in writing.
Access to the accounts your set-up uses, such as Framer, Manychat, Kit or your AI tool.
Feedback within 48 hours when I ask for it.
Confirmation that you have the rights to everything you send me.
If I don't hear from you for 30 days during a project, I'll treat it as delivered.
6. Revisions
Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions within the scope we agree at the start.
A round is one set of changes sent together in writing.
Changes outside the agreed scope, or beyond 3 rounds, can be quoted separately or handled through Stack Support.
7. Communication
Everything is done in writing, through the project chat or by email. There are no calls or voice notes.
I reply within 24 hours.
You'll get regular written updates during your build.
8. After launch
You get 14 days of support after launch, for questions and for fixing anything that isn't working as agreed.
After that, help is available through Stack Support or a new quote.
9. Stack Support (monthly subscription)
Who it's for: clients whose set-up I built.
Price: £29 a month, taken automatically on the same date each month.
What's included: small changes to your existing set-up, for example updating text, images or links, adjusting a section, editing a DM message, or refining an AI skill. One request at a time, usually done within 2 to 3 working days.
What isn't included: new pages, new funnels, new automations, new AI skills or a redesign. I'm happy to quote for these.
Unused requests don't roll over to the next month.
Cancelling: cancel any time before your next payment date, in writing. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. There are no refunds for part-months.
Failed payments: if a payment fails, Stack Support pauses until it's paid.
10. Tools and extra costs
Your package covers my work. Some tools your set-up runs on, such as Framer, Manychat, Kit, an AI plan or a connector tool like Zapier, charge their own subscription. You pay these directly to the tool, on top of your package price. I'll tell you which ones your set-up needs before work starts.
Your tool accounts are in your name and belong to you.
I'm not responsible for changes to a tool's features, prices, rules or availability, or for problems caused by the tool itself.
11. AI-generated content
The AI Stack creates drafts and finished work using AI. Please check what it produces before you publish or send it. AI can make mistakes, and you're responsible for what goes out under your name.
12. Satisfaction guarantee and refunds
If you're not happy, tell me in writing and I'll work with you to put it right.
If you cancel before I've started work, you'll get a full refund.
Once work has started, refunds are agreed jointly, based on the work completed.
If you're buying as a consumer, you also have legal rights that these terms don't affect.
13. Ownership
Once you've paid in full, you own the final set-up I deliver to you.
Templates, fonts, images and tools from other providers stay under their own licence terms.
I keep my general methods, checklists and know-how, and can use them in other work.
I may show your project in my portfolio and on social media. If you'd rather I didn't, just tell me in writing.
14. Results
I build every set-up to work properly and look premium, and I test it before launch. I can't guarantee specific results, such as followers, enquiries, sales or brand deals, because these depend on many things outside my control.
15. Liability
My total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the project or subscription concerned. I'm not liable for losses caused by third-party tools, or for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
16. Confidentiality and your data
I keep your business information and logins private, use them only for your project, and don't share them. How I handle personal data is explained in my Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Projects use the terms in place when you paid. Stack Support subscribers will get 30 days' notice by email before any change applies to them.
18. Disputes and law
If something goes wrong, message me first and we'll try to sort it out together. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
